To the Taiwanese, this dessert is known as the "snow ice" whist the Hong Kong people prefer to cal it " fluffy ice or cotton ice". what sets this dessert is it's appearance, served as layers and layers of light and fluffy snow ice delicately piled up on a plate that melts softly in the mouth. What a delightful cooling sensation !.
